Welcome to Hookd. By creating an account or using the Hookd app or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Hookd.
• You're responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your sign-in credentials safe.
• You must provide accurate information during sign-up, including a real LinkedIn profile URL that belongs to you.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• Post illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Spam other users or scrape data from the Service.
• Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Other users can block or report you, and we'll review reports promptly.

Your content

You own the content you post (rounds, photos, comments, messages, rankings). By posting, you grant Hookd a non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute your content within the Service so other users can see it.

Bookings through partners

Tee time booking links in Hookd may direct you to third-party sites such as GolfNow. Hookd is not party to those transactions. The partner's terms govern any booking, payment, refund, or cancellation you make on their site.

No warranty

Hookd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that tee times will fill, that course rankings will be accurate to your taste, or that the Service will be available without interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Hookd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
